Yeah its crazy how santa cruz has been able to hang on to this wba super belt for so long without defending. They should of made wood-conlan the fight for the WBA super. Saying that Thomas Patrick ward is a good fighter never really fought anybody tho past British level but he is skillful not the biggest puncher tho and someone like santa cruz and wood probaly would out work him but him vs wood woudnt be the worse fight if they can't get wood anybody else at 126 for the time being

This is getting ridiculous now. How long will the WBA let this nonsense go in for? Answer is, as long as their being paid to. They very quick to put pressure on Josh Taylor to defend his title, including reneging on an agreement with the other governing bodies. And then came up with a sham solution to ensure an all PBC fight for that vacant belt. But LSC hasn't defended that belt in 3 years now, and funnily enough he isn't under any pressure to defend, in a fight that they've previously ordered. But LSC PBC doe. It's a disgrace.

Same at 135; how long before they mandate unification of regular and super titles in that division?

Exactly. There's rules for some, different rules for others it seems.

The sound of a super champion is ridiculous.

WBA is absolutely a joke! Leo didn't defend his featherweight title for more than 3 years now. And he's still not stripped of his title. I don't give a damn about these rubber bands anymore.
