The way Fortuna looks is disgraceful. That’s the worst shape I have seen him in. If he loses, he has no one but himself to blame. This is the biggest fight of his career, the fight of his that will get the most viewers, and he comes in looking like a meatball.

If he gets the upset, I would be happy for him. But it looks like he’s cashing out here.

Body shaming in boxing is warranted. Most pro sports are tough that way. That’s the one place where being out of shape is actually bad for you for most sports positions.

Boxing is the single most physically demanding sport in the world. It is not for everyone. Brutal sport inside the ring and while training.

It is safe to say if Fortuna loses tonight, he already lost outside of the ring. He lost in the gym. He’s doing this only for the money. He is taking Garcia very, very lightly. He got caught up with the hater’s hype of how bad Garcia is and how he is only a social media pretty boy. He’s in for a rude awakening and I will not feel bad for him. He’s in disgraceful shape. Too bad because I always liked Fortuna and would even be happy to see him win tonight. But he already lost.

Personally I would put MMA and Wrestling before swimming. The Olympic Committee put swimming at #36 in their study.

That’s odd because you literally use every major muscle in your body at all times

How long are Olympic swimming races? Like 1+ to 5min? They use a lot of muscles but for short bursts. Then they rest and get ready for the next race.

Boxing is 4 to 15 rounds, 12 to 36 minutes. MMA is 5 rounds. Wrestling varies. All of them are longer than swimming tho.
