Blatant duck. Nash Law rules - Arroyo wins. Nash out.

Like others stated he probably couldn't make weight needs to move up already he is going to lose to all the top guys at 115, he had the size advantage and raw power at 112 but at 115 he is going to be very limited.

This is the second time that Julio Cesar Martinez pulls out of a fight against McWilliams Arroyo.
The first time he injured one of his hand's while in the dressing waiting to be called to the ring, this time he claims that he's ill 3 days before thew fight.
Their is something terribly wrong with this fighter pulling out of a fight with the same fighter twice, when he's never pulled out of a fight prior to the Arroyo matches.
I think it stinks of fraud, fear, conspiracy, looking for a way out of fighting this particular fighter twice already, enough is enough.
Martinez needs to be thoroughly investigated, suspended, and fined for breach of contract, he got away with getting out of the fight the first time.
This time around he shouldn't be allowed to get away with ducking the fight a second time, now what happens to Arroyo?
I'm hoping that the promoter can find a decent last minute replacement that Arroyo's team is willing to fight, so that he doesn't lose the payday, and allows him to stay busy/sharp.
