That's just absolutely crazy, what kind of judge dismiss"s a murder case simply because a witness goes into hiding.
If your obstructing justice in a double homicide by fleeing, then the judge should of issued a warrant for the witnesses arrest.
We can't allow criminals to get away with murder, these criminals are so out of control that three of the alleged murderer's are locked up for other crimes.
This so called judge needs to be removed, disbarred, and investigated for incompetence, if not outright corruption, because there's something is terribly wrong with his decision to dismiss a double homicide.
