There's a banquet, an autograph card show, a parade, ringside lectures on the museum's grounds and a ceremony that often allows fans of this sport to interact with some of its most legendary figures during its annual International Boxing Hall of Fame weekend. The event was canceled each of the past two years, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amazing clip. Shows just how dedicated and mature he’s been since a kid. Ward’s father did a great job raising him and Virgil Hunter did a phenomenal job guiding him through his career. Ward was blessed to have a good circle of supporters. Shoutout to Cathy Clark and Jodi Minshall.

Whats the deal with IBHOF weekend? Can anyone buy tickets or is it invite only or what? Always fancied going one year or maybe to one of the organisations annual conventions. Anyone ever been to anything similar? I live in the UK so would have to be planned well in advance and after all this travel chaos currently.

I remember it clearly. Cotto was a beast and the last great from the PR. He was one of Freddie Roach’s favorite fighters to work with for a reason. I was gutted when HBO revealed that they’d be pulling the plug from boxing. They brought us some of the best fights ever. They definitely deserve to be inducted into the HOF.
