Of all of mayweather’s wins, I doubt anyone refers to Ortiz as a “great” win. It’s also weird logic to mention how he struggled vs a 20-20 fighter tonight, 11 full years after fighting Floyd as your rationale. Most fighters are very different at 35 than they were at 24. That would be like saying Trout was a meaningless win for Canelo because Trout was held to a draw by Terrell Gausha and lost every big fight he had after facing canelo.

i would say corrales, pac and canelo are much better wins than ortiz. ortiz was riding a hot streak going into the floyd fight and floyd was coming off a layoff. but very forgettable fight either way.
