I dont think Garcia will be able to make 135 much longer. I feel his is tall and has a bigger frame. Plus his hand speed will be more of a weapon at 140. Where fighters are bigger but not quite as quick. I think Garcia tops out at 147. He is built similar to DeLa Hoya.
