Any reason Andy Ruiz Jr hasn't fought for a year?

I think he needs to gain weight. He's lost so much weight that I don't think he'll be able to take a punch or give as hard of a punch. The fatness was actually beneficial to him. At least Ruiz-AJ one level fatness. Not whale size of Ruiz-AJ 2.

I think the first AJ fight was as good as Ruiz's career will ever see.
