Comments Thread For: De La Hoya: A Rematch With Mayweather Could Easily Generate 5 Million Homes

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya is still very eager to get in the ring with Floyd Mayweather for a second time. The two retired Hall of Famers collided in the ring back in May of 2007 - which Mayweather won by way of a close twelve round split decision to become a junior middleweight champion.

I actually think Oscar would beat froid. The steroids really took a toll on froid. This was evident when Paul whooped his ass and sent him to Saudi Arabia.

Oscar De La Hoya will forever be remembered for chitting his shorts live on TV when B-Hop hit him with a body shot. He literally rolled around on all fours, filling his shorts with excrement, while the TV cameras zoomed in on his facial expression. Outside of the ring, he is known for ******* use, and that infamous night he did too much and got filmed wearing fishnets and stilettos, inserting kitchen utensils up his rectum. This man is a danger to himself and should be sectioned.

No one wants to see Oscar in the ring again, after he quit like a stray dog on his stool against Manny. Ppl only wanna see Oscar high as a kite, in those Black Fish net stockings and high heels, in that classic boxing pose. THAT might sell a few pay-per-views lol

I think Oscar doesn't realize he isn't a star anymore.

He hasn't boxed in almost 15 years and all he's done in the meantime is take drugs, moan and that's about it really.

15 years is a long time, most of Oscars fans from during his prime are middle aged or old men right now, I honestly think he over rates his name value, he's not a Mike Tyson.

Oddly enough this would probably outdo any PPV of legit champions and or contenders. Sad commentary on where boxing is right now
