Showtime and PBC have finally settled on a home for their next event in queue. The February 26 edition of Showtime Championship Boxing will land at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Headlining the show is the long ago ordered WBA junior lightweight title fight between defending beltholder Roger Gutierrez and unbeaten mandatory challenger Chris Colbert.

Nice card. Should be some good battles. Really curious about Gary Antuanne Russell, he seems to be a real blue chip prospect and personally can see him getting a title shot in a couple years and he may be a great fighter in a few short years. Don’t say that about many guys but I really see something in him.

Should be a good fight. I like Colbert for this one. He's a talented kid. But Gutierrez is dangerous.

I think Colbert will be too quick and slick in the fight. Colbert even in a short career has already has put Nyambayer and Corrales on his resume. It might be hard for Guitierrez to catch Colbert with his power and perhaps one step behind the whole way.
