Robert Garcia: "Usyk Trained At My Gym. Amazing fighter. I'd Love To Challenge Him!"

Seems Garcia doesn't know much about AJ's future plans at the moment, even though he's been shortlisted as a possible coach for him. Whats clear from this interview though is that Garcia wouldn't be travelling away from his gym. If AJ chose him as a trainer then AJ would be training in the USA. Garcia says Usyk trained in his gym before (although he wasn't training him) so he "knows things" and would love to challenge him with AJ.

That would go for just about everyone that’s a U.S trainer . Last night Ronnie Shields said he was on board if A.J came to the U.S I think the only real flaw in A.J is wanting to stay in the U.K which doesn’t really help him prepare to his fullest ,he’s reached that point of being to comfortable in his backyard. A new vigorated A.J would be a certain win imop it’s not the trainer really it’s a competent trainer in a U.S gym surroundings I think it’s just getting him out of a routine and with a serious 24;7 trainer not a part time one like McKracken .
