There would be to many people to get away with it and a complete investigation by the federal government similar to what they did to the UFC years ago if everyone was on it there’s way to much testing not to catch more guys . Particularly a champion makes it near impossible to get away long term unless the sanctioned body is letting them which is hard to do for anyone with multiple titles because more protocols are in place .
