You can't trust Oscar... You all should know this by now. There was probably some ****** shit on the contract no one would accept.

Yeah. I don't doubt that. Very possible. I hope more info comes out about this.

If it's true that team Cruz wanted a guaranteed amount in case Ryan pulled out, that's a perfectly reasonable request considering Garcia's history.

I doubt that is an issue because all contracts for bouts take into account repercussions for any boxer's failure to appear in the sanctioned fight. If you pullout of a fight, there are always repercussions, including those levied by the commission.

Yeah. That's true. To be honest, I'm surprised that he's wanting to fight Cruz for his comeback fight. He's been out of the ring for too long and needs a tuneup. I think GBP agrees with me from what I've read, but Ryan apparently sees something in Cruz. I assume it's his 7" reach and height advantage. In my opinion, I think that's a disadvantage.

Most likely, he probably figure he can catch him coming in, I mean he would be getting opportunities all night

Will wait for the actual details but this is a BAD look from Cruz and pbc. They talked big after the Davis fight and are immediately looking like ducks and bullshi.tters rn
