If I'm not mistaken, Tanzania isn't part of the Commonwealth. So he wouldn't be eligible to win it.

As far as I know there's 53 counties in the Commonwealth & Tanzania has been one since 1961. So you could be wrong. The next Commonwealth games happens in Birmingham "UK" next year & I personally look forward to a lot of African boxing involement!
