Carroll's got a #2 ranking with the WBA so maybe a fight with Roger Guterrez could be on the cards, in the meantime perhaps he might be wise to challenge new European champion Faroukh Kourbanov in what should be an easy contest & add a piece of silver wear to his cabinet.
