WADA isn’t synonymous to boxing. Contador years ago was the one whom had WADA resolute the Clen pandemic. It took years for them to amend Clenbuterol and it did in 2019. I mean you gotta be smarter than that. Synthetic Testosterone on the other hand is old school and it’s not tolerated by WADA. Tarver at first wasn’t even doing VADA because such protocols didn’t exist. I guess when he had to undergo modern testing requirements he got popped for 2 banned substances in 2015… dem classic roids mayne
