I dont think Loma won the fight, but lopez deff did not school Loma. Rounds 1-6 neither engaged. Rounds 7-12 Loma engaged, even round 12 when Loma was taking huge risks, and Teo won that round, that's because Loma started launching in. Teo never engaged.
