Comments Thread For: Kid Galahad: Warrington Fight Made Me Realize I Can't Leave It in Judges' Hands

Kid Galahad says he has no interest in knocking his old rival Josh Warrington even though he now holds Warrington's old world title. Galahad makes the first defense on the IBF featherweight title against Kiko Martinez in Sheffield on Saturday, having beaten Jazza ****ens for the vacant belt in August.

It should have made you realise that you can’t win a title just from holding on to your opponent.

let’s face it, nobody would be confident in Warrington in a rematch

After the Warrington fight I was so disappointed and felt flat. I didn’t even feel mad that Warrington got the nod as Barry simply didn’t do enough or take advantage of many mistakes josh made.

known Barry since before he turned over. He’s a brilliant lad. Happy to see he’s achieved that world title. Hopefully he can beat Martinez and then maybe look to unify.
