Shakur Stevenson is a much heavier favorite than most challengers in world championship prizefights. Caesars Sportsbook has established the unbeaten southpaw as a 10-1 favorite over Jamel Herring in advance of their 130-pound championship match Saturday night. Herring will make the fourth defense of his WBO junior lightweight title versus Stevenson, yet it is as if bettors and handicappers have determined it's a foregone conclusion that the younger, slicker Stevenson will become a champion in a second division at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Just need to stay focussed for all 3min of the round. The tools are there, Herring just needs to use them, not let Shakur off the hook if he gets him scrambling and running backwards. Understand the effective distance, in or out, cut the ring & eat reaestate bit by bit...

    Interesting fight!

I will not watch any of Shakur fights, he is a low down street punk who hits women and beats up defense-less people on the ground, the only time I will watch his fights is on replay when he gets his ass kicked. I do not support punks like him.
