Comments Thread For: Froch Likes The Idea of Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Liam Williams Showdown

Former super middleweight champion Carl Froch is urging Chris Eubank Jr. to face a "big name" sooner than later. Froch was ringside this past Saturday night, and watched Eubank Jr. secure a fifth round stoppage win over Wanik Awdijan at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle.

Eubank vs Saunders would be the ultimate over rated, big mouth, brit bum fight.

I'd be interested in seeing Pensacola Eubank Jr against Liam Williams.

Eubank vs Williams is a good fight. Pressure fighter, would certainly bring a lot of heat and Eubank could potentially look good if he picks him apart. Big fan of Williams style.

Williams is a tough guy, that's a hard fight for eubank with a lot on the line as it's hard to see the loser having a future around the world level.

Dont think there's any real interest around Saunders fighting, against anyone, again.

            Good fight

Both have fallen short at a decent level. Both have styles that could make for an exciting fight.

Seems like a fairly even fight on paper.

I would like a bigger fight for Eubank Junior, but I suppose Williams is alright.

All Eubank's loses have not really been dominant loses, Eubank Junior took a lot out of George Groves.

Eubank Junior would win late via stoppage.

Saunders already schooled and beat Eubank. No need for a rematch

Just hope Sky don’t lob it on PPV. It’s a solid matchup and will be a good action fight but it’s not PPV worthy.
