Fulton pulled out of his WBO junior featherweight title fight against Angelo Leo due to COVID-19 just three days before they were supposed to square off for that then-vacant championship in August 2020. The Philadelphia native therefore had a unique understanding of how Figueroa felt when he withdrew from their 122-pound title unification fight 11 days before it was scheduled to take place this past Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Polar opposites in style, but Fulton is a dog and can get mean when he needs to. Really looking forward to this one. PBC is putting out quality fights.
