In his recent interview to newspaper “Sport den’ za dnem,” WBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko said that he was tired of the constant injuries of his opponents and chose Eddie Chambers for his next fight only because he was easier to deal with. On the other hand, the situation with Alexander Povetkin is much more complex. Povetkin’s promoter Wilfried Sauerland wants to make a huge profit from the Klitschko fight, while the Russian boxer and his team have different opinion on this matter. [details]

Only one I'd disagree with there is Chambers. I feel he's too small to offer the resistance required to stave of Wlad taking him out swiftly & punishingly
I still maintain the man could have achieved so so much in the Cruiserweight division if he choose that path.Comment

Wlad beats em ALL!!!.....but NOT so easily the way some are sayin'......3 good fights that he should win after being confronted with a problem or two in....IMOComment

Probably right, don't know about Chambers really being that competitive though. I cannot remember a time when I have seen Wlad being out boxed which is what Chambers looks to do. Out of these three Haye has the best chance against Wlad but will most likely fail.Comment

Chambers has probably got the least chance of all 3 even though he may have the best skill set. Hes too small and cant crack.Comment

Chambers can crack, he was cracking Dimitrenko with sharp, accurate punches. Chambers is not a hard hitter like Haye, the Klitschko brothers, or Arreola, but he's not a Chris Byrd. Anyways I believe Chambers has a better chance than some of you doubters are saying, and I'm predicting he will win.Comment

Here's an interesting quote from the article:
"I’ve read the interview of Povetkin’s new trainer where he says that it’s too early for the Russian to step into the ring with me. All that combined embarrasses me. That is why I’ve chosen Chambers – at least his situation is clear. As for Haye, I’ve already got tired of commenting on his behavior”.
If this is the case, then should Povetkin really be the IBF mandatory challenger?..Comment
