Unfortunately, mental health issues are a very reality and that applies across all races (so let's not devolve into some BS tribalism).

Also have to realize that most active fighters were born into the age of social media. They have only lived in a world where having social media is the norm and your life is fish bowl that everyone can comment on.

I feel for this generation. Technology has really stunted their social development and perception of reality.
