Just re-watched the 1st fight of Pacquiao vs Barrera

Barerra had no answer for Pacquiao's speed whatsoever. Kept the high work rate and pressure the entire fight. Barrera throwing that cheap shot out of frustration in the later rounds pretty much summed up Barrera's entire night.

    wow..............

Incredible fight. Manny reminded me of Aaron Pryor.

        This statement makes no sense.

All of Barrera’s biggest wins came after the first Morales fight.

Nah, barrera was battle tested and not green, coming off 8 win streak. War s may shorten career but they don't make you past prime he was 30 years old just about.
Prince naseem was supposed to be unbeatable and barrera beat him comfortably and pac showed there's levels to this.

That is one of the wins that I highly regard Pac in. Fighting Mexico's big 3 and winning in most occasions is where I rank him, true tested top fighters.

I remember watching the fight in 2007, thought that manny doesn't stand a chance but after round number 2 i got so much exited he was trading with marco and getting the best out of it. "a superstar emerged in san antonio"- jim lampley
