Danny is a B+ fighter. Will beat everyone but the guys in the A range and 50/50 to either B+ level guys like a Porter.

He is at best a C level fighter. Got some gift decisions in his career. Has a very good chin and good power at 140. Lacks fundamentals and looks like a shot fighter. Doesn't throw enough punches during a fight. He is pretty much one level above Broner. They actually should fight. Two "stylish" underwhelming fighters as of late, who had some success in the game.

But anyways, without Dannys size advantage at 140 his GARSH wasn't nearly as potent at welterweight and his output seemed to suffer as well....I'd say great at 140...mediocre at anything above.
Matthysse fans and Danny haters were CONVINCED that Matthysse was going to do Danny in...They jus knew he was going to give him a beating...And well, that didn't happen. A lot of sour fans afterwards. Beautiful.....Nothing against Matthysse as he wasn't the one talking crap.

I was never big on Garcia, but he's far from mediocre.

I wouldn't say he's a Hall of Famer, but he's a very solid above average fighter. Very good power and a great left hook. Iron chin as well.

He might have beat a lot of mediocre fighters himself, but he's a tough challenge for anyone.

He was a big 140 pounder with not so good skill but his power made up for it. At 147 guys are his size and could take his power so, his lack of skill cant bail him out.

He was lineal king at 140. Now he's older and fighting better guys at a higher weight and still holds his own, held a belt. Mediocre is a pretty ridiculous insult.

At 140 he was a good fighter but at 147 his resume is weak and when he stepped up at 147 he lost by not throwing enough punches against Porter,Thurman and Spence which none of those were great fights as well and not being active was his downfall.

Garcia is another part time fighter just like Keith Thurman only difference is he had a stellar 140 campaign.
