Khan and Brook have always saved that fight as their one last cash out fight. They both didnt want to lose their 0 when the british people really wanted to see that fight. But when they finally fight it will be an admission that they are both shot and their drawing power is gone.

yeah it would have been a huge domestic rivalry fight, imagine them in wembley both undefeated in their prime. who cares if neither was #1 welterweight, they were never going to be but it would have sold like crazy

I dont even really think either ducked either. They both held that as a match they could always use to cash out only they waited 10 years now while chasing other things that it aint going to be that big anymore.

I give Khan credit for going up against Canelo though, even though he knew he could get knocked out, which is what happened.

khan has no chance hes done. brok hits way to hard. for 1 if im brook im not letting khan weight drain me to 147 like crawfor did and even in that fight he clearly won the first 3 rounds but as it is when weight drained it doesnt take a good shot to hurt you because theres no oxygen or water in the brain. this fight has to be 154 brook is not giving a guy he hates the number one advantage. besides he can get better fights (tszyu,j rock,hurd, rosario,tiexeira, liam smith,fudora andjesse vargas)
