Comments Thread For: Gervonta Davis: Fans Want an Exciting Fight, That's What We'll Give Them

Gervonta Davis is expecting his next fight to go a lot like the night he first fought for a major title. The unbeaten knockout artist from Baltimore moves up two weight divisions for his next fight, a showdown with undefeated secondary WBA junior welterweight titlist Mario Barrios. The bout takes place Saturday evening on Showtime Pay-Per-View from State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

We want competitive fights, top fighters fighting other top fighters. Not fights you can pick on paper which is what this trash fight is.

The only thing wrong with this fight is that it's on PPV.

Otherwise it should be pretty entertaining.

Davis and Loma fighting on same night. There is ZERO excuse as to why they shouldn't fight next.

We have been saying that for 3/4 years now. This is how Wilder never fought Vitali and then ran after his belt when he retired, nor did he fight Wladimir.

So don’t expect Davis to fight Loma.
