Dumbass, the only reason the fight did good was cause of paul. Just like when froid fought McGregor. He fights guys with established fanbases so he can freeload off them. Look how nobody gave af when he fought the Japanese kickboxer fuvkcin idiot

You boxing fans don’t even support the biggest boxing fights. You always complaining about PPV price while looking to watch fights on illegal streams. The target audience was whoever was willing to pay.

It bombed badly over here in the UK. The fights were actually available to view on download on the Monday, which isn't the norm after a PPV. They usually wait about 5 days before showing the fights for free.

But if it did sell a Mill or more over there, then they deserve to have their money taken. That's what happens to fools. I've only seen a few rounds before turning that crap off. I didn't even watch a stream of it live. Which is a first for me.

what’s going wrong with the current crop of super stars?
Because you purist/hardcore fans are broke. Always complaining about PPVs always complaining about PPV prices. Always looking to watch fights through illegal streams. Boxing has some of the most complaining/broke fans in all of sports.

The current crop have absolutely no personality or salesmanship about them and they dont appeal to the casual fan. If they built their name up and fought somebody else that built their name up they could possibly be successful but it requires being a near household name and they dont have that ability.

I agree. Thats a fair enough assessment. I still blame Mayweather-pac for pretty much screwing up boxing

I'm talking just in general. PPV has never been the market for hardcores. During Floyd/Pac peak in the latte 2000s and early 2000s, they were selling primarily off the backs of casuals.

Even if you go off of Canelo vs GGG fights. I'm willing to bet from all the posters posting on this site, less than 10% of them purchased those fights.
