That a 39 year old Sully Bear represents a step in the right direction says it all really. Used to have hopes for this kid... mind you, still a coupla nice fights to make for him, wouldn't mind seeing the Vlasov rematch or Zurdo vs Smithy. Don't see him having much hope against Bivol ever or Beterbiev unless Artur gets old quick.

After watching Bivol and Beterbiev’s last two fights, this seems much more plausible than before.

Anyone who takes Zurdo seriously at this point is a fool.

I think Bivol outboxes him and Beterbiev would break him down.

He's been at 175 for awhile now. When tf will he fight someone to dominate?

Zurdo hasn't even been in the ring with a world level fighter yet, but he's talking about dominating a division? That's beyond silly. Especially when you factor in he's been a pro for 12 years now. He had his chance to unify with Callum Smith, but as soon as Hearn and Arum started to sort it out, he dropped the title and ran to 175 to continue doing nowt.

He's clearly waiting for Beterbiev to get old before fighting him. It's the usual trick. But as of now, he's just in no mans land.

Barrera is shot to ****, unfortunately. He's 39 and that's just on paper.
