Rematch with Prograis seems in order. It was close and makes the most sense.

Sure, every guy that can make 140 or 147 would fight unified champ.

Well he's conquered 140 even if he got lucky the ref unintentionally helped him. Whats there to do? Just fight a bunch of mandatories? Hope he lands either lopez or mickey? Stank sure as hell wont fight him. Idk if taylor would have much success at 147

Yeah, considering Davis seems to have no intention of fighting the best fighters in the divisions he hops around, then he certainly isn’t going to fight a proven number 1.

He’s not even that young anymore either, he’s approaching late 20’s soon enough.

Tank is one of my favourite fighters to watch but there just seems to be no willingness to really fight the best from him or his team.

To one time Floyd talked about Tank fighting Loma, Tank when on a Twitter rant against his own team saying “they’re trying to get me beat”

Compare that with Lopez chasing Loma and taking his belts, or Taylor become undisputed in 18 fights, beating 5 undefeated guys in a row.

different mentalities completely. Shame because Tank is great to watch.

If need be, honestly when a fight is that close a rematch is usually better sooner rather than later.

I haven’t seen a riot for it. Most are content with the W for Taylor. So I’d prefer he fight someone like Zepeda, then fight for a belt(s) from there.
