  • Fury & Joshua will make $100 Mil. each in a 1'st fight in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is paying around $150 million to land the fight, sources tell The Athletic, signaling the country’s keen interest in major sporting events. ESPN’s Mark Kriegel first reported the $150 million number.

What are the numbers behind the fight?

With $150 million generated from the site fee along, in addition to revenue coming from ESPN, DAZN along with BT and Sky Sports, each fighter should easily clear $100 million.

How significant will this fight be?

It’s easily the biggest fight that can made in all of boxing and it’s also the biggest heavyweight title fight since Mike Tyson fought Lennox Lewis in 2002. Fury-Joshua should easily surpass 1 million PPV buys in the U.S., and maybe 2 million in the U.K.
