Comments Thread For: Tszyu: We Want The Real Titles And We Want Them Here In Australia

Tim Tszyu has spent his entire career being compared to others, something he always expected given his surname. This time, he decided to take the lead on that front. The unbeaten junior middleweight from Sydney took an important step in his pursuit of his first major title, scoring a 5th round stoppage of countryman Dennis Hogan. The crossroads bouts took place Wednesday in front of a sold-out crowd at Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Newcastle, Australia.

Now it’s time to see him up against either an undefeated contender or one of the top Jr middles at pbc before a title shot

It would be interesting, Charlo vs Tszyu, and if he moves up to middleweight.

The winner of the Charlo vs Castano unification would likely be willing to go to Australia to fulfill the mando.

As long as they make it worthwhile financially.

Just tell everybody. Home cooking is so good. At least Kamboso is a road warrior.

Hear that Boxing Orgs? Maybe you can generate another belt to give him. How hard would that be for you?
Why fight? These belts are obviously cheap so why not.

I don’t see what the rush is. Although tszyu has potential he might not be ready for Castaņo or charlo at this point. The zerafa fight makes sense. Then Mayb liam smith or top 10 opponent. He only has 20+ amateur fights so he can do with the experience then Mayb lure castano to australia because charlo won’t come.

We've already seen what home cooking in Australia looks like (Pac/Horn). Good luck drawing a champion to fight there again.

Tszyu is ranked #1 by the WBO.

If he's not ready to challenge for the title then he should let that mando shot go to the next guy in line.
