Crawford is prime and pfp no 1, 2 or 3. If Floyd beat him now it would be his best win. There's no if's and buts about it. 44 year olds aren't supposed to do it. Pac wasn't supposed to beat thurman and that's why it's a phenomenal win.
    Floyd would be underdog

I’m a Crawford guy but based on his resume he’d likely rank somewhere alongside Mayweather mid tier opponents like Gatti, Mandredy, Berto, Guerro, and Ortiz. No way does Crawford belong in the same breath as Pac, Cotto, Mosley, Hoya, Canelo, JLC, Judah and Corrales. Those men repeatedly tested themselves against top shelf opposition.

When I say number 1 I mean how good they were at the time Floyd Mayweather Jr fought them, not how good their careers were. When has Floyd ever fought someone who was arguably #1 P4P (Universally accepted as at least top 3) and an undefeated in prime 3 division champion who was undisputed and hasn't gone the distance in a fight in almost 5 years. The closest was Diego Corrales.

Buds more proven than nel o was when he fought floyd. And that's why nel o was barely top 10 pfp

Are you just making excuses for if Pac beats bud?

Canelo beat undefeated Trout (who was just coming off beating Cotto), and Mosley, another veteran. I think Canelo was pretty proven when he fought Floyd.

Oh dear, trout was never as highly rated as bud and Crawford would beat old Ssm also.
Bud is the best pfp in prime, not old. Pac s 42 your comparisons are way off. Pac s resume is much better than buds also, but would still be underdog.
Regardless how good you think buds resume is and where hevranks all time because of poor resume, it would be amazing wins for pac or floyd as they're not expected to win.

And Crawford isn't anywhere near as good of a fighter the versions of Pac and Canelo that Floyd fought.
