Wow, Ortiz has stoppages in like all his fights . Granted, there was most likely a lot of Uber drivers in there? But surely there were a couple legit stoppages. Hooker strikes me as an Amir Imam/Robert Easter "pretty" type boxer. Good if its kept on the end of a jab, but no ugly inside game. His team is looking at that stoppage percentage, and preparing a safety-first, telephone jab heavy snoozefest. Its gonna be up to Ortiz to ignite something.

Ortiz’s scale that he used to check weight wasn’t properly calibrated ,Ortiz made weight on the second attempt

Can you blame him? Firstly, he has a clear reach advantage, so we'd be calling him ****** if he didn't try to establish his jab. Secondly, he got stopped against a smaller opponent in Ramirez, so his durability is in question. If he doesn't tame Ortiz with his jab, he's gonna catch an ass-kicking.

It's more than raw power, Ortiz sets things up with a jab of his own. He moves his head too, so Mo will have to get respect. He's not dancing his way out of this.

Great fight. Maurice has the better resume and it took everything from Ramirez to keep himself from being knocked out by his bombs. Hooker is a very heavy puncher, we will see how Ortiz chin holds up. Ortiz seek and destroy style is second to none right now. The Terminator vs Hooker Bombs, let's go!!!

This is very good fight. Hooker has to be on his A Game. Ortiz is going to be going for the KO hard to secure a Crawford fight
