Comments Thread For: Zerafa To Tszyu: Stop F---ing Running, Let's Give Back To Australian Boxing!

Michael Zerafa is enjoying the feeling of being in the most celebrated boxing events that his country has to offer. The fringe middleweight contender from Melbourne came up big in his latest high-profile fight, scoring a 1st round knockout of badly faded Aussie superstar Anthony Mundine. Zerafa scored two knockdowns, the latter which produced an immediate stoppage at 2:09 of round one in their main event Saturday at Bendigo Stadium in Bendigo, Australia.

"He's saying no one wants to fight him and he's picking retired guys and welterweights to fight him."

I'd like to see this fight. Good final step for Tszyu before the real world level imo

I don't think Tsyzu is running from Zerafa. It's more like he has bigger fish to fry. Tsyzu is already fighting Hogan at the end of the month and would be likely to step up to a top contender after that.

Tim offered to fight Zerafa and he failed to take the opportunity. Tszyu would wipe the floor with Zerafa, end his career. But what is the point, Tim wants to be world champ not an average Joe who fights chumps.
