While he is obviously biased, Jose "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (17-0-2) is very confident that his cousin Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (50-2) will come out with a victory when he faces Juan Francisco "Gallo" Estrada (41-3) on Saturday night in Dallas in a rematch of their 2012 fight that Gonzalez won by unanimous decision.
