I dont like it either. But if he were to fight Caballero he would have to pay 12 % of his purse to the organizations: Caballero's three belts and his own. This is not the most eloquent way of putting this but that really, really sucks. Guess Caballero and Juanma will happen at 126.
Too bad Molitor wanted no part of Juanma though. Not only would it be a much better fight but it would serve as a point of comparison for the eventual Celestino/Juanma matchup.
