By Cliff Rold - Ghana’s finest fighters have suffered some rough nights, and occasionally odd scoring in the U.S. since the retirement of the great Azumah Nelson. Ike Quartey may or may not have earned the nod versus Oscar De La Hoya in 1999; he certainly performed better than the three and four point deficits he lost by in split decision. Most felt Quartey had done enough to beat Vernon Forrest in 2006 only to see the tallies go the other way then as well. [details]

I'm sorry if I piss people off for saying this, but Darchinyan looked real sloppy during the fight. I actually forced myself to continue to watch. Half of the time it looked like he was preparing to rush him then he would just throw wild punches. Sorry he looked sloppy and Agbeko was a better fighter that night. -

yea he look'd like ****...i was soo hyped for this fight too cuzz vic is a beast but Agbeko held his own and won it. Even though Vic knocked him down (was a push, but whatever) was still a decisive win for Agbeko...Looking for Darchinyan to bounce back big though...i hopeI'm sorry if I piss people off for saying this, but Darchinyan looked real sloppy during the fight.
