Mundine vs Geale Rematch is Ordered By The IBO

The IBO has reviewed a tape of the fight and ordered a rematch between their middleweight champion Anthony Mundine and former champion Daniel Geale. If Mundine does not have a rematch with Geale by the end of February 2010, they will strip him of the title. Geale does not expect Mundine to fight him again. After losing a close decision to Mundine in May, Geale launched a protest over the officiating and intimidation of officials by Mundine and his team. [details]

Geale deserves the rematch. If it wasn't for the knockdown on Mundine being ruled a 'slip', Geale would have won via SD according to the judges cards.
