Elorde did have some very impressive wins, competed against the best featherweights, super featherweights and lightweights, reigned as the super featherweight champion for 7 years, but he was somewhat inconsistent.
Unfortunately no film exists of Tiger Flowers and probably very little does of Tendler, Miller, Corbett and Lytell.

He was "insonsistant" against ATG level opponents.
Elorde would go thru Manny's resume with ease.
Manny on the other hand would get ruined dealing with Elordes comp.
