  • Hatton is Too Tough, Too Strong For Khan, Says Froch

Nottingham's Carl Froch, 32, stands alone as Britain's only current world title holder. However, the WBC super-middleweight boss believes that he will soon be joined by Bolton's Amir Khan. Froch told The Sun that Khan will relieve Andreas Kotelnik of his WBA light-welterweight title on the 18th of this month. [details]

This fight will end up in a double knock out and broken glass will be all over that ring.

Froch thinks he himself is slick and fast, that tells you everything you need to know about his opinion.

That is the truth. Amir Khan and Manny Pacquiao are not anywhere near the same level. Ricky would be able to rough him up and probably KO him quick.

EDIT: Froch also speaks the truth when he says Pac would KO ANYONE landing that shot flush on the chin. Those who say Ricky has a glass jaw from being KO'd by that shot are just plain ******.

Good to see Froch has respect for Pac. But i think he may be underestimating Khan against Hatton. If Khan can beat Kotelnic, then Khan would be able to have a go at any champion and have a reasonable betting chance.
We dont know what hatton has left as well. So depending on how khan does against Kotelnik, im reserving judgement.
Hatton would have to change what he did against Pac to beat Khan i would say. Trying to be a twinkle toes boxer would not bode well for Hatton.
He is not the type of boxer to try and look pretty dancing around. Hatton needs to avoid as many punches, try get in on Khan and hit him like a crazy man.

If Khan beats Kotelnik in convincing fashion then this fight should definatley get made.
