  • Fernando Guerrero Stops Brian Norman In Two Rounds

By Jake Donovan - Twice in the span of four months, undefeated middleweight prospect Fernando Guerrero brought the television cameras to his adopted hometown of Salisbury, Maryland. What he failed to leave the crowd with was the same knockout ending featured in every other fight of his young professional career.

That dynamic changed on Friday evening, as Guerrero scored two knockdowns en route to a second round stoppage of Brian Norman at the Wicomico Civic Center.

The bout served as the main event of a webcast that aired live on prizefighttv.com, the hosting website for the show’s promoters, Prize Fight Boxing. [details]

How many people attended the fight? Guerrero has already proven he's a draw though with 6k people attending his last 2 televised fights. The best drawing prospect in the US and duke can really fight, all he needs is a better defense. Rosado is underrated and trained by ****m so I wouldn't hold that against him.

Fernando is looking something like Kirkland with better boxing ability and footwork, but less power. DR stand up, duke is going places.

I love Guerrero's right hook, best right hook I've seen from a south paw. Dude is really gonna be something but I ain't gonna hype him up, best of luck to him . Wish I could have seen his last fight.
