Amir Khan Changes Stance, Wants Ricky Hatton Fight

A few weeks ago, UK star Amir Khan was completely against the proposed idea of fighting his close friend and hero, Ricky Hatton. Now that he's had some time to think it over, Khan has gone on the record for the very first time and revealed that he was willing to make the fight happen. Khan makes the jump to junior welterweight on June 27 against WBA champion Andreas Kotelnik. [details]

        Well isn't this interesting.

Then he mentions Mayweather or Marquez down the line. If I were Khan I wouldn't be talking about challenge the elite, not when there are scary prospects out there who will put him to sleep.

u know, im really starting to get sick of these kids who havent proved themselves yet talk about title fights and challenging elite potential future hall of famers...

i mean, its good to have goals and aspirations but people talking about that ukrainian amateur lomachenko winning world titles in the pros before a single pro bout, gamboa winning/unifying legitimate world titles and now young amir all gassed up over a shortened win against an old barrera...

Hatton still has enough in him to beat Ricky.

              Khan is no Pacquiao.

And Hatton is no damn Marco Barrera at the stage he was at.

He knows Roach and Pac will teach him everything he needs to know on how to beat Ricky ala MAB. Khan is smart as ****.
