    Dunne Knocks Out Cordoba in a War, Wins WBA Belt

    At The O2 in Dublin, Ireland, Bernard Dunne (28-1, 15KOs) finally showed his potential by knocking out Ricardo Cordoba (34-2, 21KOs) in the eleventh round to capture the WBA "regular" super bantamweight title. Celestino Caballero is the super champion of the WBA because he also owns the IBF's version. The announcers called it one of greatest fights in Irish boxing history. [details]
