Heard people sayin its because its in Germany? somethin got to do with PPV sales?

also is it ture there is a claus in the contract that if haye wins, not only does he have to agree to a rematch, but even if he wins that he has to fight the other brother?

Some stuff by both sides makin it hard to reach a deal. Rematch clauses, UK PPV sales, and German judges. No one thinks this match will go to decision so I don't kno why they worryin bout that.

There are alot of stumbling blocks from what I've read.

1./ Haye has a contract with Setanta, he can't do a PPV
2./ He wants it in a football stadium, and open air events cost alot of money, what with insurance issues and policing.
3./ Haye isn't that big of a draw yet.
