Who is better at fighting in the pocket/mid range out of these 3

Who is better at fighting in the pocket/mid range out of these 3 ?

    Roberto Duran
    Pernell Whitaker
    Floyd Mayweather

all 3 were/are masters at staying close to you and hitting you whilst slipping and rolling away from punches whilst standing infront of you.

Toney to me fights more defensive out of that posture i dont think he is as good when asked to attack out of that posture too.

Roberto Duran was one of the best inside fighters ever, Whitaker was better from mid range though.

Stevie Johnston(prime) and Frankie Randall(prime) were the two best pocket boxers I have seen. That is why they are in my top five favorite fighters.

For the sake of staying on topic, I will say Floyd.

Controversial, but think the Jirov fight was overrated myself, good fight though just not as a great as its made out, not for me anyway.

I think so too Silencers. Whitaker was the best at it.

I think Duran as good at both i mean look at how he fought in the pocket against Barkley,Moore.

His inside game was phenomenal too (Leonard v Duran 1)

Duran was very good at both, he was great on the inside/in the pocket and he was very good from mid range, I think Whitaker has a slight edge over him from mid range though, on the inside it's definite Duran and Duran probably combined both better than the other two.

                    Yeah id agree with that.

Whitaker was as slippery as a eel in the pocket.
