Mayweather is Good For Hatton vs. Pacquiao, Says Arum

TOP Rank promoter Bob Arum told insidesports.ph, Standard Today and Viva Sports that Ricky Hatton’s trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. is a good tool for promoting the May 2 fight with Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather Sr. has been making a lot of public comments with respect to Hatton being able to knock Pacquiao out. [details]

Of course he likes that idea... Arum only thinks with $$$$$ in mind.... And then add the rivalry between sr. And roach? That alone is the seller!!! Arum is no idiot he wants to make sure he squeezes every peeny he can!

I bet the coach's rivalry will get almost as much press as the fight in America.

I think is gonna be a good fight. we should get a lot of answers with this fight in regards to both fighters. And we shall see just how good the trainers are and if they are everything they say they are.

I don't care who trains Hatton the fact is that Ricky is a slugger at heart. And Manny is gonna bring that out of Hatton and eventually Ricky's going down quicker and harder than he did vs his trainer's son.

If this fight is going to big revenue, there better be a flawless undercard because there is going to be a lot of eyes on Boxing that night.
