I'm a Floyd fan and i gave Pacquiao all the credit he deserved that night. He looked immense, no way Oscar was beating him... Just was'nt gonna happen.

His team are coming out saying he was'nt weight drained, but i cant understand why he himself has'nt come out and explained why he got so badly ****ed up.

The only reason i think he dropped all the way down to 145 is because he did'nt want a weight advantage to be an excuse. This is what messed the night up for him. Why take unofficial weights with HBO when you've never done it before? He wanted to prove something... Had he weighed in a bit more to his normal weight... who knows?

Nonetheless, Oscar was still throwing power punches, can't remember what round, but Manny was simply countering them with ease. Also, Oscar was way too slow.

He underestimated Pacman big time and paid the price...

fair enough. preparation is part of the game and underestimating your opponents is as much as a weakness as a glass chin

          i picked pac 2 win

but i diddnt expect DLh to be dehydrated and in the state he was, i expected more of the PBF de la hoya we saw

so i take a lil bit away, but still a great win and it opens so much for the Pac Man

Yep he underestimated Manny's 'punches in bunches' forte and Manny's speed. He thought one left hook or one power shot would change the fight in his favour... Boy was he wrong!

Whatever yo...alls i can say is that on Decemeber 6th Pacquioa stole on DLH, regardless what people say.

DLH didn't or couldn't fight back. What do you call that?

and he paid for it. he picked the fighter who has the least chance to beat him and still got his ass whooped. sucks for him

hasn't pac been putting up these kind of performances for the last 7 years. ledwaba, barrera, larios, morales, diaz, just to mention a few. didin't he dominate all these fighters. so delahoya has to be shot or dehydrated for him to lose in that manner. i don't believe that, pac would have beaten anyone on that night

totally agree with the thread starter.

oscar took the fight, said some novel things during the 24/7 like "i've never been in this type of shape before" and proceeded to go out there and get straight bitched by pac.

it was all because of pac that odlh looked like ****; not because, how some maricas are putting it because odlh had to lose weight or anything else.

oscar would have lost that fight on the 6th last year or any year before then.
