I didnt discredit him as a fighter, but yall make it seem like he destroyed a great fighter.. Oscar was a great fighter back in the day, but he was a shell of himself that night

what he did is he ko'd a natural 154 pounder when he himself fought as low as 106.

it would be impressive if it was any 154 pounder. but it was Oscar De La Hoya, a still very good Oscar De La Hoya

Oscar's performance has less to do with him being over the hill or weight drained. it was pac's style, especially his stance and speed that gave him trouble.

and oscar fought that fight at 147 a place he hadnt been in a decade.
pac's speed would give oscar problems regardless of a prime oscar or not.. but you cant tell me oscar didnt look shot or drained.. im not discrediting pac as a fighter but you cant tell me oscar looked healthy and sharp that night.. im kinda tired of people giving certain fighters high praise for doing something, and they dont give that same praise to others

Facts? You are stating that oscar was shot or drained.. when oscars own camp said oscar was in great shape. How can a fighter be weight drained when he was walking around at 147 LONG before the weight in. C'mon man... you ARE totally discrediting pacman. If you were real, you wouldnt bring up these excuses man. I respect oscar too man, dude did a lot for the sport. BUT, dude got DEMOLISHED like never before by a guy who started his career at 106!!! Be real man...

DUde look at the man!! he looked frail and sick.. Of course his camp is gonna say he was in shape, they're not gonna say "yeah coming into this fight oscar doesnt look right.." that aint gonna sell tickets.. come on man seriously, oscar was getting his ass handed to him by sparring partners.. i dont think you really looked at my posts.. im not making excuses for oscar if you get your ass whooped you get your ass whooped.. stop making it seem like oscar was in the best shape of his life and was prime and this and that

never said that either man. and dude did not look sick IMO. he was flexin all hard at the weigh-in. Pacman made dude look sick a minute into the fight. first punch DLH felt it. we can agree to disagree then. you got your opinion, i got mine.

It was the wrong strategy to go as low as 147 still a couple of weeks from the fight.

Does that make pac's victory less impressive??? **** no!!! it was the decision of DLH's camp.

Give full credit where full credit is due. We know that it was wrong decision because we have witnessed it. but before the fight pac doesnt even belong to 147 right?

The DLH that fought Mayweather still gets kayoed inside 12.

almost a decade since he made 147. pac NEVER fought at 147.

Oscar himself said that it was not the weight. that pac waited for him to make mistakes, boxed well on his toes.

watched the fight again. DLH was struggling with the speed. cannot get of his shots. that's why he looked old.

And yeah, Pac's win over DLH is much much much much better than Floyd's no matter how you slice it
