At least Pacquiao doesn't try and claim he's the best at 147

Mayweather has fooled a lot of people in to thinking he could beat Cotto and Margarito, Pacquiao has beat Oscar at 147 but he's not an idiot and he wont go claiming he is the best at 147 because of it. Floyd Mayweather tries to claim he's the best at 147 because he has beaten, get this... Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir and Ricky Hatton who was fighting at a weight he's never been good at.

              it's a pinoy thing.

you call everyone older than you uncle/aunt or sir/madam.

it's called respecting older people which is one of the first things you're thought as a child.

they were the lineal champs but not really considered the top guy in the division.

margarito was considered the #1 fighter at 147 since about 2004. mosley was considered #2 when he came back to 147. cotto was considered #3 when he moved up to 147 as well.

147 had an awful lineage after forrest beat mosley.

                  forrest>mayorga>spinks>judah>baldomir

none dared to fight margarito who was considered the best in the division or best contender for the lineal belt.
